Green Wave racks up #3 for the Weekend

Adeboye Tuyo

The Tulane Green Wave brought in quite a few players for visits this weekend, and it is becoming apparent that it was a very big weekend for the Green Wave.

"I committed to Tulane. I just thought it was right for me, and the players got along so well. I really love the coaching staff more than anything. Also, when you graduate from Tulane, you can get a job with anyone," Adeboye Tuyo said.

Who else did Tuyo consider?

"I had visits scheduled with Arkansas, Missouri, TCU, and Texas A&M. Mizzou and TCU had offered me scholarships."

Who escorted him around campus?

"Javon Jackson was my host. He was really funny and laidback. I'll probably be 2nd string behind him next year at running back."

What all did he do on his visit?

"We really ate a lot. We got to tour campus and all of the facilities. We went out and just had fun. There's just so many things to do in the big city."

What is he looking forward to most about his career at Tulane?

"I just want to get my degree and have fun while I play ball. Right now, I want to major in business."

Adeboye, who goes by "Ade," finished the year with 1429yds on 233 carries and 14 Touchdowns.

Tuyo joins Matt Forte and Michael McCabe as players that have committed to Tulane this weekend.
