Tulane Receiving National Letters

As of mid-day unofficial sources reported that Tulane had received faxed copies of the National Letter of Intent from 16 of the 19 prospects who had been expected to sign. The 16 included tight end Justin Kessler, who is already enrolled in school.

Reports were that the three prospects who had not faxed their letters of intent by mid-day were Ace Foyil, 6-foot-4, 220-pound linebacker from Mandeville High School; Cary Koch, 6-0 175 running back from The Dunham School in Baton Rouge; and David Kirksey, a 6-1 195 linebacker from Davidson High School in Mobile, Ala.
