Memphis
Tigers, 103-71, before a crowd of 10,700 in Conference USA Men's basketball action Saturday afternoon.
The Green Wave's record now stands at 9-13, 3-8 in Conference USA. Tulane has lost three of their last four ball games.
It was the first time that the Tigers had exceeded 100 points since 2002.
Davis's teammates shot less than 30% from the floor with only senior reserve forward

scored in double fgures. Pjevcevic scored 13 points. The Green Wave''s other four starters were only a combined 5-of 28 from the floor.
Memphis, which had five players score in double figures, was paced by
Rodney Carney
, who scored 28 points. Carney was 4-11 from beyond the three-point arc, while overall the Tigers were 12-24 from beyond the arc. In the first half the Tigers shot 10-of-15 on three point attempts. Carney totalled 18 first half points as the Tigers closed the first period on a 25-10 run.
Tulane led 10-6 early but a barrage by Carney, who scored each of the Tigers first 11 points, sparked Memphis into a lead that they would never relinquish. The Tigers led 56-36 at halftime and went on a 10-2 run to open the second period, acquiring a convincing 66-38 lead with only 3:14 run off the second half game clock. From that point the two teams played fairly evenly, with the Tigers owning a 37-33 advantage over the remainder of the game.
The Green Wave has a week to regroup before facing Charlotte next Saturday in a 7 p.m. game at Fogleman Arena.
