After being shutout 7-0 by Bucknell in the opening round of the NCAA Tallahassee Regional, Florida State's (51-11) offense has come alive, scoring 41 runs on 50 hits in the next two games. The Seminole offense was once again impressive for the third consecutive game pounding Green Wave pitching for 17 runs on 14 hits.
