Tulane Shakes Recruiting Tree, Finds Plum

Jackson, who knows a thing or two about shaking the recruiting tree, knew about an undersized, underrecruited plum of a linebacker at Istrouma High School in Baton Rouge who possessed both real speed and real football ability.
