Will be a Ray Guy Award candidate in 2005 after an outstanding 2004 seasin in which he averaged 42.7 yards on 52 punts, caused 11 fair catches and had 18 punts downed inside the opponents 20-yard line with no return. Named the first team All Conference-USA punter after the season.
Started slowly as a redshirt freshman in 2003 but picked up the pace and was selected Second Team All-Conference USA for his efforts. Ranked second in C-USA in punting, averaging 43.5 yards per punt and had a superlative net punting average of 38.1 per kick.
