Biography:
Redshirted last season as a true freshman but is one of only two running backs returning from the 2003 squad. Reportedly has strong work ethic which could help him improve his receiving skills. Despite his smallish stature for a collegiate running back in this era, Ray is described as a downhill runner who'll take the linebacker on helmet-to-helmet rather than make him miss.
