The incumbent at the second outside receiver post, Bush is usually the bookend receiver opposite Williams when Tulane goes conventional, lining up in a two receiver,
I-set with both a tight end and a fullback.
A teammate of Williams in high school, Bush seems fated to remain in Chucky's shadow. Has played in 34 games and made 14 starts in his career.
A big physical receiver who began to emerge last season after relatively unproductive results as a redshirt freshman and sophomore. Both of those campaigns featured a number of drops of passes that directly affected point production. Going into 2003 Chris had totalled 23 catches for 297 yards and a single touchdown but bettered those totals in 2003 with 33 catches for 581 yards and 8 touchdowns.
